This Rwanda Keza comes from producer Jean Paul, who manages a farm of approximately 6,000 trees while also processing coffee from several hundred small-scale local farmers in the Kamembe region. Through an anaerobic natural process, this Red Bourbon variety develops distinctive flavors of melon, raspberry, and jasmine.
