From Kiambu County's Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society, this AA-grade coffee comes from around 1,500 smallholders growing SL28, SL34, and Batian varieties in clay loam soils at 1600-1800 meters. Washed at the Githembe factory with slow drying at Kiganjo, it delivers a classic Kenyan cup: vibrant tart acidity balanced by blackcurrant, green apple, and caramel sweetness with a sugary finish.
