This black honey processed coffee from Finca Jerusalén in Marcala is named Niño Isaac after Victorio Cruz's grandson, who shows keen interest in continuing his grandfather's legacy as a coffee farmer. From a small plot of forty-year-old Typica trees with longer fermentation this year, expect a bright and floral cup bursting with cranberry and blood orange notes, finishing with a delicate black tea-like aftertaste.
