Roaster notes

This coffee comes from husband-and-wife team Alirio and Anayibe Muñoz of the Los Guacharos Collective in Pitalito, Huila. Their Pink Bourbon cultivar is processed anaerobically washed, delivering a red berry-dominant cup with raspberry and redcurrant notes finishing with delicate floral complexity. The couple has been moving away from traditional fertilizers and pesticides to prioritize sustainability on their farms.
