This washed coffee from Colombia's Huila region comes from the Tolima Grande Association, a cooperative of farmers practicing organic and sustainable cultivation at elevations between 1500-2200 meters above sea level. Grown alongside shade crops like plantain and sugar cane, this mixed-varietal lot delivers a mellow, balanced cup with notes of red fruit, caramel, sweet chocolate, and subtle almond undertones. Harvested in late 2023 to early 2024, it represents the careful work of smallholder farmers committed to quality and fair compensation for their craft.
