From Paliang in Yunnan's Menglian County, Kaku is a family-operated farm managed by Mr Li processing coffee from nearby smallholder villages alongside their own land. Shade trees enable slower ripening while the Li family's dedication to quality at 1600 meters elevation produces exceptional washed lots. This 2024 Catimor harvest offers notes of green apple, lime, and caramel.
