Roaster notes

This natural process coffee hails from Aqi Badu village in Menglian County, Yunnan province. The cherries are carefully sorted by optical color sorter to remove foreign material and over or under-ripe fruit, then fermented for two days before drying on raised beds. Expect notes of strawberry, caramel, and wafer in the cup.
