Roaster notes

This natural-process Yellow Catuai comes from Fazenda Santa Fe in Piumhi's Serra da Canastra region of Minas Gerais, where Vicente de Paulo and his family have cultivated coffee for generations across 662 hectares with 20% preserved as native forest. The cherries are separated by density at the farm's washer station before being dried naturally in the sun to capture their full sweetness. Expect a mellow, balanced cup with notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and orange.
