Otava is a very dark roast blend combining full-bodied Brazilian coffee from Minas Gerais with juicier Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe. This extra dark, darker-than-dark roast delivers dry chocolate and roasty flavors in a full-bodied cup. The blend features Topazio and Heirloom varieties processed naturally and fully washed, grown at altitudes of 910-2200 meters.
