This Colombian coffee comes from the farm of Jefferson Adrián Motta, who was born and raised in a modest, hardworking family with a deep passion for coffee inherited at a young age. Through years of perseverance and dedication to specialty production, he transformed his farm into a symbol of sustainability where he continues to push toward new heights of excellence. The cup offers bright, fruity flavors of watermelon, pomegranate, lychee, and floral notes from this washed double-fermented Pink Bourbon lot grown at 1700 meters in Quindio.
