This decaffeinated coffee comes from El Vergel farm in Colombia's Tolima region, processed using the E.A. method where ethyl acetate—a naturally occurring ester found in bananas—binds to caffeine exceptionally well without compromising natural flavor. The lighter roast offers bright notes of sweet pomelo and apple with a cocoa body, while the darker profile delivers richer flavors of dark chocolate and baked apple.
