This washed coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the Nariño region of Colombia, processed by Promotora Cafe de Altura cooperative based in Buesaco at 1850 meters elevation. Decaffeinated using the sugar cane (Ethyl Acetate) method to 97%, this blend of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties offers a cup with notes of caramel, citron, milk chocolate, and apple.
