This single-origin coffee hails from the Sierra de Zongolica mountain range in Veracruz, Mexico, where eleven Nahua producers cultivate Bourbon and Typica varieties at elevations between 1100-1300 meters. Working together, these farmers have established a collectively-run processing station and practice ecologically sustainable farming methods throughout their operations. The resulting cup delivers a full-bodied experience with rich cocoa and nougat notes that reflect the distinctive character of this high-altitude Mexican origin.
