Kopakaki Rwanda
Roaster notes
This single-origin coffee from Rwanda comes from the Agaseke Women Association within the Kopakaki Cooperative on the shores of Lake Kivu. Grown at 1700-1950 meters altitude in Karongi District, this Bourbon variety is wet-processed to highlight its creamy character with notes of honey, nougat, and bergamot. The lot specifically celebrates the cooperative's female producers who cultivate these beans on verdant hillsides overlooking the lake.
