This Monsooned Malabar is one of the most distinctive coffees in our range. Grown on India's Malabar Coast in the southwest, this Arabica undergoes a traditional process after harvest: the beans are exposed to humid monsoon winds and swell up – they lose acidity and develop an unmistakable woody, spicy, and lightly chocolatey aroma that delights coffee connoisseurs. Not a coffee for everyone – but for those who love it, there is no other.
