Roaster notes

This summer coffee comes from Rioki Estate, a historic farm established in 1970 in Kiambu County, Kenya. The estate spans 190 hectares of rolling landscape with nutrient-rich red volcanic soil at altitudes between 1500 and 1800 meters. Coffee is hand-picked when perfectly ripe, then washed and dried on beds for 7-14 days to preserve complex flavor tones.
