This coffee comes from Kagere Factory, a washing station in Othaya within Kenya's renowned Nyeri County. The region is celebrated for its nutrient-rich red volcanic soil that gives the area its name. Smallholder farmers handpick only perfectly ripe cherries which are then washed and sun-dried on raised beds for 8 to 14 days. This AA-graded lot showcases a classic blend of SL28, SL34, Batian, and Ruiru 11 varieties, delivering the complex flavor profile characteristic of Kenya's finest coffees.
