This coffee comes from El Guaco, one of Arturo Paz's six farms in Honduras' Santa Barbara region. The farm was named after a childhood horse Arturo received from his uncle—originally called "El Guapo" but nicknamed "El Guaco" due to an ear injury, a name that simply stuck. An agronomist and skilled cupper, Arturo recently completed his own processing station at El Guaco, giving him full control over the coffee's quality while maintaining his commitment to environmental conservation.
