This decaffeinated Colombian coffee comes from over 20 dedicated producers in Huila's isolated Andean mountain range around Pitalito, Acevedo and Palestina. The beans are carefully hand-sorted on farms before undergoing a natural EA-process using ethyl acetate extracted from sugarcane, which preserves the cup's character while adding fruity sweetness. This decaf offers soft acidity and a long, pleasant aftertaste—proof that you can enjoy complex specialty coffee without caffeine.
