Kaffebønner Honduras El Guaco

Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee comes from El Guaco, one of six farms owned by agronomist Arturo Paz in Honduras's Santa Barbara region. The farm was named after a childhood horse Arturo received from his uncle—originally called "El Guapo," it earned the nickname "El Guaco" due to an ear injury, and the name stuck. Arturo recently completed his own processing station at El Guaco, giving him full control over quality while he works to connect protected areas with the nearby national park to preserve biodiversity.
