This single-origin Arabica hails from Chiapas in southern Mexico, where coffees grown at elevations of 1,100 to 1,800 meters are known as 'altura.' Grown on the eastern slopes of the Sierra Madre mountain range amidst tropical rainforest, this washed coffee offers a sweet and complex cup with intense chocolatey aromas and fruity notes. It presents a mild yet characterful profile with a consistent body and surprising finish, making it delightful as espresso or cappuccino.
