Willyan Rojas comes from a family of coffee producers and established his own farm, Finca La Montañita, in Huila's Pitalito region. Through years of research, development, and collaboration with Caravela Coffee's PECA program, he has refined cultivation and processing techniques that shine through in this washed Pink Bourbon. The result is a fresh, lively cup with juicy passion fruit, crisp pomelo, and heavy floral tones reminiscent of jasmine.
