Roaster notes

Perduras is a single-origin coffee rotating between two origins throughout the year—Incahuasi cooperative in Peru during spring and Comicovel cooperative in Honduras during winter. This medium-dark roast delivers a rich cup with notes of sweet cola, nougat, and crisp red apples. What makes Perduras special is that it's never a blend; each bag contains coffee from just one origin while maintaining the same distinctive character regardless of season.
