This Mexican coffee features high-grown beans that have been decaffeinated using the water process method to produce a clean, crisp cup. A mildly intense sweet coffee, it is clean and bright with medium body, mild acidity and uncomplicated flavour. You would be hard-pressed to know this was decaffeinated.
