From Ambera estates in Pitalito, Huila—one of Southern Colombia's most active areas for experimental coffee—this Orange Bourbon is co-fermented with passion fruit, a method that enhances and extends the tropical fruitiness the coffee already carries. The result is apparent from the first sip: passion fruit and mango come through boldly, orange lingering in the aftertaste.
