Melati is Inproc's own blend of pure Arabica beans from South America, crafted according to an original and unique recipe. This light roast delivers a mild and aromatic cup that is quite low in acidity while still retaining brightness. Specially blended for filter coffee though increasingly enjoyed with other brewing methods, it offers an accessible character perfect for everyday drinking.
