This single-origin Brazilian coffee from Sítio Maranhão hails from the volcanic mountains of Caldas, where high altitude and rich biodiversity create ideal conditions for exceptional specialty coffee. The family farm's artisanal approach—featuring manual harvest and careful natural processing—has earned multiple podium finishes at the prestigious Especialíssimo competition, including third place in 2025 with a cupping score above 90 points. The resulting cup offers a distinctive character of walnut, cocoa, caramel, and green apple that reflects both the unique terroir and the family's refined craftsmanship.
