This remarkable coffee features an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe variety cultivated by Luis Anibal Calderon at his Villa Betulia farm in Huila, Colombia. The unique terroir and carefully controlled 72-hour aerobic fermentation create a dramatically different cup than traditional Ethiopian Yirgacheffes, delivering wonderfully sweet notes of strawberry candy, red fruits, orange, and caramel.
