This washed coffee comes from two farms in Rancho Arriba, near San José de Ocoa in the Dominican Republic. The producers employ sustainable practices throughout their operation—dried cascara fuels the drying machine, water is recycled through multiple stages of processing, and unselected beans become fertilizer for the trees. The cup delivers a full-bodied experience with spicy notes, pipe tobacco character, and brown sugar sweetness.
