Roaster notes

This filter blend brings together washed coffees from small farms across Oaxaca in southeastern Mexico—a region famous for mezcal production where coffee grows literally in the forest on nutrient-rich soil. A community blend curated by Thomas of Red Beetle Coffee Lab, who lives and works with farmers throughout the year, it delivers a chocolatey cup with pleasant fruity sweetness and a wonderfully round character.
