This microlot from Ethiopia's Guji Zone is produced by Ture Waji at his family-run Sookoo Coffee operation in the Odo Shakisso District. The natural-processed coffee develops notes of vanilla, sweet jasmine, and blueberry, creating a cup that tastes like dessert when paired with milk. Grown over 2000 meters under the shade of native Daanisa trees, this coffee showcases the unique varieties and careful processing that make Guji coffees increasingly recognized internationally.
