From Finca Anaya in the lush hills of Acevedo, southern Huila—a family farm run by the Aranda Gómez family for over thirty years—comes this coffee featuring the Ombligon variety, a naturally occurring mutation marked by a central dimple like a navel. The cup delivers bright passion fruit and pomelo with underlying berry notes from the distinctive co-fermentation with Andean blackberry mosto.
