This blend marks a personal milestone for Ferre, representing his first coffee creation after discovering the world of roasting in March 2020. It is composed entirely of Arabica beans sourced from India’s Monsooned Malabar and Peru’s Cajamarca region. The result is a robust cup with light fruity notes, crafted through careful experimentation to find the perfect harmony between these distinct origins.
