Roaster notes

This Arabica coffee from India’s Western Ghats derives its unique character from a special drying process that mimics exposure to monsoon winds. The beans are stored in large warehouses with open shutters, where they are turned daily to prevent mold and then hand-selected for quality after the season ends. This method yields a cup with low acidity and a full body, reflecting the distinct terroir of the Malabar coast.
