This specialty coffee hails from the Mantiqueira Mountains in Alta Mogiana, southeast Brazil, where it is processed on the Mantiqueira de Minas Farms. Grown at elevations between 980 and 1150 meters, this Yellow Bourbon variety (100% arabica) undergoes natural processing to develop its character. The lot achieved a cupping score of 84 points, reflecting its quality as a single-origin Brazilian coffee from one of the country's notable highland growing regions.
