Roaster notes

This Kenyan microlot comes from smallholder farmers united in the KCCE cooperative, grown on Mount Kenya's slopes in Nyeri's red volcanic soils at 1,700-1,850 meters. The pure SL28 variety is processed using traditional washed methods with aerobic fermentation and slow outdoor drying to highlight the bean's clarity and definition. In the cup it delivers brightness, complexity, and structure characteristic of great coffees from this region.
