Test Roast

Roaster notes

Test Roast is coffee sourced and roasted by the shop itself that did not quite meet their high quality standards for specialty offerings. It's good tasting, well produced coffee intended for everyday use rather than their premium selection. This represents an honest approach to quality — sharing coffee they still consider enjoyable even if it doesn't reach their highest bar.
