This classic Brazilian Mundo Novo from Gabriel Barreto's Araucária farm in Albertina, Minas Gerais is a very sweet coffee with great complexity and texture. Balanced with high aromatics and fruit layers with good clarity and chocolate-like sweetness, this natural process lot is expressive and delicate. This third year working with this traditional variety marks the last harvest from this plot before Gabriel replants it in more suitable conditions on the farm.
