This classic Brazilian Mundo Novo from Gabriel Barreto's Araucária farm in Albertina, Minas Gerais is a very sweet coffee with great complexity and texture. Balanced with high aromatics and fruit layers with good clarity and chocolate-like sweetness, this natural-processed lot represents the third year of collaboration—also the last for now as Gabriel replants this traditional variety in a more suitable plot on the farm.
