Roaster notes

This coffee hails from Indonesia's Gayo highlands, where Dutch colonists introduced arabica in the early twentieth century. The volcanic soil, abundant shade, and ideal climate create perfect conditions for cultivation, with nearly every local family depending on coffee production. Processed using the traditional Giling Basah wet-hulled method that gives Indonesian coffees their characteristic robust character, this cup offers notes of apple and date.
