This Red Catuai Arabica from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region was the very first blend ever created by these roasters, combining natural and honey processed beans sourced from Ismael José de Andrade. With a round, soft body, it delivers notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, and ripe fruits—a sweet, familiar cup designed to work beautifully black or with milk. Over the years they've refined both the blend and roast profile while maintaining what has become their absolute bestseller.
