This Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Vila Boa in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region comes from distinctive yellow coffee cherries that give this lot its name. The beans are naturally processed—picked, pulped, then dried on raised beds for air drying before being sorted by cupping and variety. The resulting cup offers a sweet, mocha-like character with nutty undertones and notes of cacao.
