Kenya Kii AA Washed

Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Kirinyaga County's foothills of Mt. Kenya is produced by the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society at Kii Coffee Factory. Grown at 1,310–1,900 meters where cool mountain air and volcanic soils support slow ripening, these AA-grade beans undergo careful processing: pulped cherries ferment 16–24 hours, are washed in Kii River waters, then dried on raised beds for about 14 days. The result is a consistently clean, juicy cup with depth and brightness characteristic of Kenya's finest lots.
