This natural process microlot comes from Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza in Mogiana, São Paulo, led by Felipe Croce. Grown at 900–1000 meters in the community of Agua Limpa, this coffee represents a long-term project developed exclusively with Five Elephant. Over multiple harvests, Felipe has selected and replanted the best-performing seedlings, working toward genetic stability through repeated cupping and field selection. Produced under certified organic and regenerative systems, it reflects FAF's integrated approach to biodiversity and soil health—a focused expression of varietal development, patience, and collaboration.
