Over multiple harvests, Felipe Croce has selected and replanted the best-performing seedlings, working toward genetic stability through repeated cupping and field selection—resulting in an exotic varietal refined over generations through consistency and observation. Produced under certified organic and regenerative systems, this natural process microlot reflects FAF's integrated approach to biodiversity, soil health, and on-farm biological inputs.
