Roaster notes

This Rwanda Bourbon comes from the Ishema Washing Station in the Usizi region of western Rwanda at 1,300 meters altitude. Grown on fertile volcanic soils with consistent rainfall, cherries from small-scale producers are carefully sorted and sun-dried through a controlled process to ensure a clean cup. The result offers buttery richness alongside warm spices and a delicate hint of apple.
