This single-origin espresso hails from Brazil's Matas de Minas region, crafted by the Dutra family who have cultivated specialty coffee since the 1950s. Honey-processed Yellow Catuaí beans deliver a soft, balanced cup with notes of orange zest, pear, and salted caramel alongside a subtle body. Grown at approximately 1400 meters elevation among avocado and mahogany shade trees, this artisanal lot showcases São João do Manhuaçu's distinctive terroir through traditional processing methods that enhance sweetness and complexity.
