This field blend from Finca el Puente in Honduras emerged almost by accident when leftover beans from four distinct varieties—SL28, Batian, Geisha, and Ethiopian heirlooms—were combined after a cupping session for afternoon coffee. The resulting cup exceeded all expectations, prompting the team to roast each variety separately and refine the blend through careful testing. Born from curiosity and serendipity, this unique combination captures the diverse aromatic potential of African varieties grown across different plots on the farm.
