Dulce is a signature blend crafted by Capricornio, an organization dedicated to minimizing its ecological footprint through efficient water management and organic fertilizers. This coffee combines the finest beans from approximately twenty farmers, all mechanically harvested and dried with meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency. The result is a pulped natural profile featuring Bourbon and Catuai varieties grown at 1200 meters altitude.
