This Pink Bourbon from the Quebraditas project in Huila's mountainous Oporapa region showcases innovative thermal shock processing alongside traditional washed methods. The 18-hectare estate, managed by producers Edinson Argote and Luz Angela Rojas at altitudes reaching 1850 metres, specializes in rare cultivars with meticulous post-harvest techniques including precise oxidation phases and specific yeast inoculations. The resulting cup delivers complex dessert-like sweetness with vibrant blood orange, bergamot, and lemon meringue notes.
